McDonald’s and Crocs Collaboration
McDonald’s has teamed with Crocs, the footwear brand known for sparking debate over its designs, to introduce a McDonald’s-themed Crocs collection. This new range is a nod to both Crocs enthusiasts and McDonald’s fans, featuring a variety of shoes, socks, and Jibbitz charms. The collection draws on nostalgia, showcasing beloved McDonald’s characters like Grimace, the Hamburglar, and Birdie.
The Grimace x Crocs Cozzzy Sandal, a highlight of the collection, features a faux fur lining and Grimace’s face on the straps, along with a Jibbitz charm of a shake, Grimace’s favorite treat. This product harks back to the successful Grimace Birthday promotion, where McDonald’s celebrated with purple shakes. Complementing these sandals are purple fuzzy socks.
Another notable item is the Birdie x Crocs Classic Clog, colored in yellow and pink with Birdie’s eyes at the center. Accompanying this is a Jibbitz charm of an Egg McMuffin, Birdie’s preferred menu item, and matching winged pink socks.
The Hamburglar x Crocs Classic Clog features black and white stripes and Jibbitz charms of a hamburger, the Hamburglar’s signature order. These clogs come with similarly striped socks.
Completing the line is the McDonald’s x Crocs Classic Clog, in red, adorned with Jibbitz charms of Chicken McNuggets, fries, and a Big Mac. The collection, launching on a Tuesday, prices the clogs between $70 and $75, with socks available for $20. Available at Crocs.com, Crocs retail stores, and select wholesalers, the collection is for a limited time.
In conjunction with this partnership, McDonald’s is contributing to Ronald McDonald House Charities, supporting families with ill children and promoting access to healthcare. This collaboration reflects McDonald’s ongoing commitment to community support and innovative brand partnerships.
