Dr. Faustino’s path to becoming a tech entrepreneur is anything but conventional. Starting his career in law, with a deep focus on Digital Law, Business Tax Law, and Constitutional Law, he quickly realized that his true passion lay in innovation and the potential of technology to create significant change. “The legal profession taught me to understand and navigate complex systems,” he says, leaning forward as if to emphasize the point. “But it was the desire to innovate, to build something that could have a lasting impact, that drove me towards technology.”

In 2016, Dr. Faustino founded FGMED, now Brazil’s largest platform for continuing medical education (CME). The platform was born out of a need to address the gaps in medical education, providing professionals with the tools to stay updated in a rapidly changing field. “Brazil, like many other countries, has a healthcare system that is constantly evolving. Medical professionals need continuous education to keep pace with these changes, and that’s what FGMED aims to provide,” he explains.
